The reports are filtered into four pages:

1) Conversations Reports

Conversations per status.

This report shows how many conversations are closed or opened by your teams to evaluate the team's performance.

You can see the following data with dynamic filters organized by teams and users. Also, you can filter the whole report to see its daily, weekly, and monthly results.
