How are active customers calculated?
An Active Customer is a customer that sends at least one message to the business during the specified period.
For example: if the business has only one customer, and he sends ten messages to the business each day for a month, then:
Number of Active Customers in a given day = 1
Number of Active customers in a given week = 1
Number of Active customers in a given month = 1
