How are active customers calculated?
An Active Customer is a customer that sent at least one message to the business during the specified period.
For example: if the business has only one customer, and he sends 10 messages to the business each day for a month, then:
Number of Active Customers in a given day = 1
Number of Active customers in a given week = 1
Number of Active customers in a given month = 1

Team and user performance are not available in this report.
This report shows customer engagement, so displaying the report per team or user is irrelevant since the information is aggregated for your business performance in general.
