This report will show you the total number of messages that you have sent during a time.

The default period includes the last 30 days.

You can change the time filter for these reports to select one of the predefined durations or selects a specific date. Also, you can group by day, week, or month.

To view the data based on your filters, mouse over the column to see the data for each period.

Number Of Campaigns

This report shows the total number of campaigns you have launched.


Campaigns Revenues

This report shows the total amount of launched campaign's revenues.

This is a rollover report, which means your data are increasing by successive additions.


Number Of Campaigns Messages

This report shows the total number of campaign messages with a Sent status.


Delivered Ratio

This report shows the ratio of campaign messages with a Delivered status.

Read Ratio

This report shows the ratio of campaign messages with a Read status.

Reply Ratio

This report shows the ratio of campaign messages with a Replied status.

Click Through Ratio

This report shows the number of contacts who clicked to call-to-action templates.

💡 Tip

How is this report calculated?

(Number of contacts clicked on CTA button/Number of contacts read the messages) x 100%.


Opt-Out Ratio

This report shows the ratio of contacts who have opted out of your business messages.
