We made it easy for you to find your contacts separately based on their source. Therefore, you will find the total number of contacts divided into the sources they came from.
By default, when you load this report page, the filter is applied to all customers in your database since you created your account. You can work with the filters to check a specific period.
The report will include two primary sources, Contacts from WhatsApp and Imported/Created contacts:
WhatsApp: Those are the number of contacts that reaches you first on WhatsApp.
Created/Imported: You manually created/uploaded contacts into your BusinessChat account.

If you integrate with one of our supported apps, we will add the contacts we got from this app to a new area with the integration name.
