Goal

You can use survey templates for customers' rates for the conversation experience.


Uses

Chatbot Operator
Survey templates can be assigned in the Asking for conversation rating launching a new outbound campaign.

Click the Select a template button, then press Save.


⚡Attention

If your chatbot has two languages, the assigned template must be approved for both added languages.

🔴Warning

If your template's components structure changes on your WhatsApp Manager, it will be invalid for this usage since it's not following the general structure of this usage.

To fix the invalid status, you need to edit and revert it to the following structure.

Body (required)
Body content is required and is a text field only. Bodies can contain 1024 characters and be registered as plain text or text with placeholders; they can be stylized and contain emojis.

The survey template has three quick reply buttons for customer rating.

The satisfaction report is based on customers choosing one of these three buttons, each button has a fixed score that cannot be changed, but the button label can be changed.
