Actions Available in the Conversation Page

Subscribe, Block, or Edit Contact Name on the Conversation Page

In the conversation view, you can:

Opt-out or Opt-in a contact

BusinessChat users can Opt-out or Opt-in a contact from receiving marketing messages by clicking:

  • Opt-out: The contact will no longer receive marketing messages.

  • Opt-in: The contact will resume receiving marketing messages.

Attention

When you opt out, the contact will still be able to communicate via Agent Response templates.

Block a contact

Select the contact's conversation that you need to block.

Click on the Block button in the conversation details tab, then Confirm.

Edit Contact Name

  1. Select the conversation of the contact you want to edit.

  2. Click on the pencil icon.

  3. Type the new name.

  4. Click the ✓ icon.

The contact name will now be updated.
