Understanding BusinessChat Inbox Sections & Views

Get started with conversations grouping.

When the user opens the BusinessChat platform and navigate to the inbox icon, multi-sections appear in the Inbox:

Conversations Views

  • Assigned to me: This view shows all conversations assigned to the logged in user.

  • Bot conversation: This option shows all conversations assigned to the ChatBot.

  • Unassigned: This view displays the conversations that are not assigned to a user yet.

Views

It includes the teams inboxes views for all available teams on your account.

Automations Views

This shows automation messages per automation type. This will appear only for the activated automations.

Topics Views

It is topic-based view that show the conversations grouped by one topic.
