Each business subscribed to BusinessChat has a unique number that helps the BusinessChat team identify the business for support and customer service purposes. You can obtain your business ID by following these steps:
Log in to your BusinessChat account through the link. Alternatively, learn how to reset your password on the BusinessChat platform.
Once you have logged in to the BusinessChat platform, check the number found in the page link as shown in the image. In this case, the business ID is 563.
