Have trouble logging in because you forgot your password? No worries! Just follow these simple steps:
Click on Forgot Password? link
Enter your Email address and click on the Send Reset Instruction button.
Open your mailbox to find an email with the subject Reset Your Password. In the email, you can find a RESET PASSWORD button; click on it.
Enter your password in the Password box, and confirm it in the Confirm Password box.
If you did not receive the password reset email
Search your inbox for emails from [email protected].
Check your junk or spam folders.
Check with your IT admin if a firewall blocks the email.
Is the update password button inactive, or has your password been rejected?
Make sure that your password is at least 8 characters long.
Double-check that the password you entered in the "Confirm Password" box matches the one in the "Password" box.
