You can change your password for security reasons or reset it if you forget it.
Your BusinessChat Account password is used to access BusinessChat platform.
Change your password
Open your account on BusinessChat platform and choose Settings.
Open your profile.
Click Change Password
Enter your Current password in the box.
Enter your New password in the box, and confirm it in the Confirm new password box. Make sure that your password is at least 12 characters.
Click on the Save button.
