You can connect your WhatsApp business account with BusinessChat to start using your WhatsApp Channel. Here's a simplified step-by-step guide on how to connect your WhatsApp number to your BusinessChat account:

Step 1: Add System Users
In your Business settings, go to Users.
Select System users.
Click Add, add a System user name, and assign a role.
Click on Create system user.
Click Add Assets, then select Apps.
Select your Asset.
Choose the type of access.
Click on Save Changes.
Step 2: Generate a Token
Go to Users.
Click on System Users.
Select a user.
Tap Generate new token.
Select an app.
Select the following webhooks:
whatsapp_business_messages.
whatsapp_business_management.
business_management.
Click Generate token.
Copy the access token.
Step 3: Copy WABA ID
In the Meta for developers section, find your app.
Go to WhatsApp.
Click API Setup.
Copy the WABA ID.
Step 4: Connect WABA Number with BusinessChat
In your BusinessChat account, go to Account Settings.
Head to the WhatsApp Numbers page.
Click Connect WhatsApp number.
Paste the system user access token.

Step 5: Set Up Webhooks and Verify Connection
Go to WhatsApp.
Select Configuration.
Paste the callback URL and verify token.
Click Verify and save.
Go to Webhooks, click Manage, then subscribe to all existing webhooks.
Step 6: Confirm your number in BusinessChat
Return to your BusinessChat account.
Check if your number is connected.
Click Done.
