The following steps will show how to change/update your BusinessChat account payment method.
Updating Payment Method on BusinessChat

Only users with billing roles can access the Manage Subscription page.
Step1: Access Account Settings
- Log in to your BusinessChat account.
- Click on the profile icon in the top right corner.
Step2: Navigate to Subscription Management
Select "Manage Subscriptions" from the dropdown menu.
Step3: Access Payment Method Options
Look for the "Payment Methods" option in the popup window and click on it. Check and verify your current payment method displayed.
Step5: Edit Payment Method
Click on "Edit Payment Method."
Step6: Update Payment Method
Fill in the required information for the new payment method and press "Update."
