How to cancel the BusinessChat subscription?
If you no longer Businesschat services and need to cancel your BusinessChat subscription, then follow these steps,
Click on your profile icon, then click on Manage subscription.
Click on the box with your plan details.
Click Cancel Subscription.
Write a reson for wanting to cancel your subscription, then click Confirm Cancellation.
⚡Attention
Cancelation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period. You can continue to access & use the platform as usual until that date.
