WooCommerce is a platform for online stores. When you install the WooCommerce app in BusinessChat, you can recover up to 15% of abandoned carts from customers who didn't complete their purchases.

How to Install the WooCommerce App:

You need to create an API key to connect your WooCommerce store with BusinessChat. Follow these steps to generate the key from your WooCommerce admin dashboard:

Step 1: Access Your WordPress Admin Dashboard

Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to WooCommerce Settings

Click on "WooCommerce" in the sidebar menu, then select "Settings."

Step 3: Access the REST API Settings

Go to the "Advanced" tab within the "Settings" page, and click on "REST API."

Step 4: Generate the API Key

On the REST API settings page, click "Add Key."

  • Provide a title for your API key (e.g., "BusinessChat Integration Key").

  • Set the permissions to "Read/Write."

  • Click "Generate Key."

Step 5: Copy the Credentials

Copy the "consumer key," "consumer secret," and the "store link" provided by WooCommerce.

Step 6: Paste the Credentials into BusinessChat

Paste the copied credentials into the appropriate fields in BusinessChat. Click "Install" to finish integrating WooCommerce with BusinessChat.
