When viewing a report, you can use the filters to get more details about your data.
Date Range
To view the Conversations per status report for a date range, click on the calendar icon and select the date range. You can also choose one of the quick filters listed below the calendar.

Weekly Ranges
In the BusinessChat platform, the first day of the week is Sunday. So, weekly reports are calculated from Sunday to Saturday each week.
Filter per team or user
To view the report for one of the users or a team, you can filter the day for that specific user or that team.
Group by day, week, or month
to view the reports at different levels of granularity, you can group the results per day, week, or month.
