BusinessChat Platform is a flexible environment; the user can easily switch from Arabic to English and vice versa.
In the BusinessChat platform, you can change the language for:
Yourself
Another user (when creating)
if you have an admin or an owner role, You can change the language for another user
Support Interface languages
BusinessChat Platform Supports the following languages:
English
Arabic
Portuguese (Brazilian)
Spanish
Changing your display language
1. Go to the BusinessChat platform, and click on your avatar.
2. Click on the Profile option from the list.
3. Select Language, then chooses from the drop-down list the desired language.
4. Finally, click the blue button, which says Save Changes, to save your changes.
For another user (when creating)
Go to the BusinessChat platform, click on your avatar, then choose Account Settings.
Choose the Users tab, then click on the pen icon for the user you want to edit his language.
In the navigation pane, you may find the language tab.
Now you may easily choose the user language
After selecting your preferred choice, click on the Save button down below.
