In the BusinessChat platform, you can change the name for:

Change your profile name.

3. Navigate to the First and Last Name fields, then change the name

Choose the name carefully. The name you use will appear to customers when you send them messages.

4. Click Save Changes for changes to take place.

You need to have an Owner or an Admin role to be able to change another user name.

To Change the profile name of a user:

1. Go to the BusinessChat platform, and navigate to Settings.

2. Choose the Users tab, then click on the pen icon for the user you want to edit his name.

3. In the navigation pane, you will find the first and last names fields.

4. Now, you can easily change a user display name.

5. Click on the Save button down below
