Understand how the conversations are sorted in the chat views.

In all chat views, open conversations are sorted based on the contact's last message. Conversations with the most recent messages from contacts will appear at the top.

If the contact has not sent any messages, conversations will be sorted based on the last open time.

Closed conversations are sorted based on the conversation closed date, newly closed conversations will be on top.
