After the user finishes the customer conversation assigned to him, he closes it. But, suppose, as a user, you would like to resume the conversation with the customer. To achieve that, you can reopen the conversation.
Steps to reopen the conversation on BusinessChat platform
1. Open your account on BusinessChat platform.
2. Click on the Chat icon, and the chat categories appear.
3. Select the Assigned To me category.
4. In the Closed tab, choose the conversation you want to reopen.
5. Click on the reopen icon.
6. The conversation will transfer to Open tab conversations and automatically get assigned to you.
Note
You can open a closed conversation with a free form message whent he Meta 24 hours window is still open, otherwise, you will need a template.
