Activity on my conversations
These notifications are available for all users.
You get these notifications in the following scenarios:
New contact message for a conversation assigned to me
New Conversations Assigned to me
Another user change assignment of a conversation assigned to me
Another user sends a message to a conversation assigned to me
Another user adds a note to a conversation assigned to me
A Contact rated a conversation that is assigned to me
Low conversation rating
These notifications are available for admin and owner only.
if this is enabled, The admin will get a notification when a user gets a low conversation rating.
