When the user opens the BusinessChat platform and navigate to the chat icon, multi-sections appear in the Inbox:
Conversations Views
Assigned to me: This view shows all conversations assigned to the user.
Bot conversation: This option shows all conversations assigned to the ChatBot.
Unassigned: This view displays the conversations that are not assigned to a user.
Teams: This option shows all conversations assigned to members of each team.
Automations Views
This shows automation messages per automation type. This will appear only for the activated automations.
Views
It is topic-based views that show the conversations grouped by one topic, which can be added by the admin, see Understanding Conversations Views
