How to launch a new campaign?
Go to the Campaigns tab and click "New Outbound Campaign." Name your campaign and select the phone number if you have more than one number linked to the platform.

You will not be able to launch a new campaign if your account has:
WhatsApp payment issue.
WhatsApp channel issue.
Outstanding invoices.
Target Audience
You can send your campaign to all of your contacts, select a specific group, or upload contacts with dynamic fields.
Daily limit
You can see your daily limit; if you target a group that exceeds your limit, contacts above the limit will not receive your campaign message.
