Send official WhatsApp marketing campaigns to your customers using the BusinessChat platform.
With BusinessChat's marketing campaigns, it's easy to reach out to prospects with targeted WhatsApp campaigns. in less than 5 minutes; you can launch a campaign to hundreds of thousands of customers.
We built the campaign feature with WhatsApp policies in mind, so you don't need to worry about compliance. You can leave the heavy lifting to us.
Things you need to know before sending your first campaign
You can only send a marketing campaign using a pre-approved message template.
WhatsApp's daily limit controls the number of contacts you can reach in a single day.
Please have your contacts ready and assigned to a group.
Ensure that you get the appropriate consent (opt-in) from your target customers. WhatsApp requires opt-in.
You will pay WhatsApp for each conversation you start with a template message (business-initiated conversations). Your pay goes directly to WhatsApp as per WhatsApp's rate card. This differs from BusinessChat plan pricing; we have no control over the price or how much WhatsApp charges you.
Campaign Checklist
Before sending a campaign, make sure that you've prepared the following:
[ ] You have an approved message template.
[ ] Your artwork (layer, brochure, image...etc.) is ready.
[ ] You have uploaded your contacts into a group.
Now let's start!
Go to the Campaigns tab to send a campaign, and select New Outbound Campaign from the top right corner.

Give your campaign a name, then launch the campaign manager.

Step 1: The from address
You will likely have single WhatsApp business API numbers connected to the BusinessChat platform. We will use this number to send your campaigns. But if you have more than one number, you must select the WhatsApp number you want to use in the campaign.
💡 Tip
When do I need to have more than one number?
We recommend having more than one number when you operate in more than one country, so, Ideally, you will have one number per country. This is not a requirement, but communicating with your customers using a number from the same country is a good idea for the brand.
Once you select the number, we will show you the daily limit you have on that number. If all is good, click Next Step.

Step 2: Your target customer list
In this step, you need to select your target customers' list. Select a group from the drop-down list.

Once you select a group, we will provide you with the following details:
The number of opt-in customers you have on the list.
Your remaining daily limit.

Now, you can move to the next step.
Step 3: Your message content
Now, we will select the message content. You should have already submitted a message template to WhatsApp. In this step, you will select that template and attach the artwork.
First, select the campaign language.

Then, select the template from the pre-approved template list:

Now, you can see a preview of your message, and you need to attach the artwork to the template.

Once you select the attachment, you can proceed to the last step.

Step 4: Manage replies
In this step, you can customize how you want your bot to handle customer replies to the campaign.
⚡Attention
You can customize the replies if your campaign includes quick replies buttons. If you use a template message without interactive buttons or a template message with a call to action button, then you can only use your default bot.
To customize the reply, select customize the bot flow for this campaign.

Then, you need to build a simple bot flow. Start by building the reply message. The bot will always reply with this message when the customer clicks the button.
This is a standard WhatsApp message. You can attach images, docs, and video to it.

Then, you need to specify what action you need your bot to take next. You can either sign the conversation to a team or close the conversation.

It would be best if you customized the flow for each quick reply button. So, if you have three buttons, you should configure three flows, one for each button.
Facebook Catalog in Campaigns
You can attach Single or Multi products within your message for any of your buttons.
Select the Share items from catalog(1) option, Select A product(2), Add your message(3), Then Assign to a team(4).
