Once you send a campaign, it can have one of the below statuses:
Sent
The campaign has already been sent to customers, and you can see the complete campaign statistics report.
In progress
The campaign is currently being sent to your target customers. Once completed, you can review the campaign's statistics full report.
Scheduled
You scheduled the campaign for a specific date in the future. You can reschedule or delete a scheduled campaign. Click on the campaign name to perform any of the actions.
Failed
The campaign has failed because of a WhatsApp error, a payment issue, template mistakes, or exceeding the daily limit.
The campaign failure reasons report, which includes the common failed reasons for your campaign's recipient, can be exported.
