Once you send a campaign, it can have one of three statuses:

1. Sent

The campaign is pending (waiting for another active campaign to end), is in progress (your campaign is on its way to customers), or is already sent.

2. Scheduled

You scheduled the campaign for a specific date in the future.

You can reschedule or delete a scheduled campaign. Click on the campaign name to perform any of the actions.

3. Failed

The campaign has failed because of a WhatsApp error, a payment issue, template mistakes, or exceeding the daily limit.

You can export the campaign report to understand the reason or contact our team if you need more details.
