Learn how to track your sent campaigns

Once you send a campaign, it can have one of three statuses:


The campaign has already been sent to customers, and you can see the complete campaign statistics report.

In Progress

The campaign is currently being sent to your target customers. Once completed, you can review the campaign's statistics full report.


You scheduled the campaign for a specific date in the future.

You can reschedule or delete a scheduled campaign. Click on the campaign name to perform any of the actions.


The campaign has failed because of a WhatsApp error, a payment issue, template mistakes, or exceeding the daily limit.

The campaign failure reasons report can be exported, which includes the common bounced reasons for the recipient of your campaign.
