When customers start a conversation on WhatsApp, We automatically save their contact details. This helps ensure your team never loses touch with new leads.

Click on the contacts icon on the left pan to access your contacts.

We provide the following info for each of your contacts:

  • Name: The contact name. We capture the contact's name based on his WhatsApp name by default.

  • Phone: we store this information automatically once a contact sends at least one message to your business.

  • Language: Contact preferred language.

  • Joined: Displays the date the customer started his first conversation with your business.

💡Tip
You can design your bot to capture other information about the contact, like their location or interest. We store this information using custom fields, which you can access by exporting your contacts. Learn how to export contacts.

Inside your contacts page, you can find blocked contacts.
