Are you getting spam messages on your business? In this article, you will find a way to prevent your team from getting spam messages on the BusinessChat platform.

Select the contact's conversation that you need to block.

​Click on the Block button in the conversation details tab, then Confirm.

To unblock any contact, Go to the Contacts page, then select the Blocked Contacts group. When you block a contact, you will not be able to share messages with this contact conversation until you unblock it again.

Only Admin users can access the blocked contacts list and unblock a contact
