Block a contact
First, select the contact's conversation that you need to block.
Click on the Block button in the conversation details tab, then Confirm.
Great🥳! Now you will not receive any spam messages anymore 🔐!
Unblock a contact
To unblock any contact, Go to the Contacts page, then select the Blocked Contacts group. When you block a contact, you will not be able to share messages with this contact conversation until you unblock it again.
⚡Attention
Only Admin users can access the blocked contacts list and unblock a contact

If you blocked any of your contacts by mistake, click on Go To Blocked Contacts button to access the blocked contacts page directly.
In the blocked contacts table, you can unblock any contact by pressing on the unlock icon, then pressing confirm.
Once your contact is unblocked, you can access this contact conversation directly by clicking on Go To Conversation link.
