You can use the search feature inside the contacts page to access a conversation with a specific contact.
How to search for contacts information?
1. go to contacts and click on search
2. start typing your search query, and you will see results filtered for you. You can search by contact name and phone number only.
3. Once you find the contact, click on his name to access the conversation.
