You can use the search feature inside the contacts page to access a conversation with a specific contact.
How to search for contacts information?
The "Contacts" page includes a powerful search feature to help you quickly locate specific contacts. This Search feature from the Contacts page is the only search box that you can use to locate a specific contact and then open their conversation.
You can search for any contact using one of three criteria:
Phone Number
Order Number (if integrated with an e-commerce platform)
Name
To search for a specific contact:
Click on the Contacts icon from the main BusinessChat page
Under all contacts, Click the correct filter you want to use for the search, like phone number
Paste the phone number in the contacts search bar, and click enter.
The search result will show you the contact name and phone number, click it to be redirected to the inbox and see their conversation.
