You can store your customer number and start sending him messages on WhatsApp.
Create a Contact
Navigate to the Contacts icon from the main menu on the left.
Click on the "Create or import contacts" button.
From the options, select "Add a contact".
In the pop-up window, input the customer's Name and Phone Number, ensuring you include the correct country code.
Click Save to add the contact to your database.
Send a Message
After creating the contact, click on their name. Choose a template message to start the conversation with your customer.
