You can store your customer number and start sending him messages on WhatsApp.
Create a Contact
Go to the contacts page. Choose "Create a new contact" from the menu.
Use the add contact wizard:
Add the contact's name.
Select the country code.
Add the contact number.
Click save to create the new contact.
Send a Message
After creating the contact, click on their name. Choose a template message to start the conversation with your customer.
Search for a Contact
You can search your contacts anytime by phone, name, or order ID. Select your search filter then type in your search keyword.
