You can search your contacts not only by phone or name but also by orders they created in your store.

When you're in the contacts section, navigate to the search bar. Here, you can switch to The 'Order ID' search. Simply insert the order ID and click on the search icon to find the relevant contact.

Click on the contacts to go to the corresponding conversation.
