Agents can use BusinessChat to view customers’ previous orders directly within the conversation interface. This feature allows you to quickly access order details and perform various actions to enhance customer service.

How to use the Feature

  1. Navigating to Previous Orders:

    • While in the conversation with a customer, look at the conversation details pane on the right side of the screen.

    • Under the “Previous Orders” section, you will see a list of the customer’s past orders.

  2. Viewing Order Details:

    • Click on any order ID to view its details, including the date and time of the order.

    • You can copy the order ID by clicking on the copy icon next to it.

  3. Using Order Information:

    • Copy the order ID to your clipboard to easily check the order status in your ecommerce system.

    • Use the order details to address customer inquiries and resolve issues more efficiently.
