Using Topics in conversations

Learn how to organize conversations by adding relevant topics, or remove a topic if it was assigned by mistake.

Topics help you categorize conversations for better tracking and reporting. You can easily assign a topic to a conversation or remove one if needed.

Add a topic to a conversation

  1. Open the conversation.

  2. Click the Topic icon at the top of the conversation box.

  3. Select the topic you need from the drop-down list.

Remove a topic from a conversation

If the wrong topic was assigned, you can delete it or replace it with another:

  1. Hover over the topic event in the conversation.

  2. Click the Delete (🗑️) icon.

  3. (Optional) Add a new topic following the steps above.
