Adding filters to your automation helps you reach the right audience. By using filters, you can send personalized messages to specific customer groups, improving engagement and relevance.

How to Add Filters

  1. Go to your Automation Settings.

  2. Click Manage Filters.

  3. Choose the filters you want to refine your targeting.

Filter Types

Cart Value

  • Group customers based on the amount they’ve spent in their carts.

  • Target customers who spent more, less, or within a specific range.

Products

  • Target customers based on products in their carts.

  • In: Cart must include any of the selected products.

  • Not In: Cart must not include any of the selected products.

Segments

  • Target customers based on the segments they belong to.

  • In: Contact must belong to one of the selected groups.

  • Not In: Contact must not belong to any of the selected groups.

  • Optional Date Filter: Specify conditions based on the segment joining date for more precise targeting.

Understanding OR / AND Connectors

OR Connector

  • Customers need to meet at least one of the conditions.

  • Useful for reaching a broader audience.

AND Connector

  • Customers must meet all conditions.

  • Useful for targeting specific groups of customers.

Using filters effectively ensures your automation reaches the right people with messages that are relevant to their behavior and preferences.
