The BusinessChat pixel that powers the popups and the browse abandonment tracking is enabled by default on your Salla and Zid stores once the welcome series is live. No extra steps required. But, In Shopify, you need some extra steps to enable it.
The following is a step-by-step guide to enable the popup inside your Shopify store.
How do you enable the BusinessChat pixel on the Shopify store?
Inside your Shopify store homepage, do the following steps:
1. Access the “Online Store”
On the left-hand menu, Under "Sales channels" click "Online Store."
2. Customize Your Theme
After clicking on "Online Store," you'll be directed to the Online Store dashboard.
In the upper-right corner of the page, click on the "Customize" button. This will allow you to make theme-related changes.
3. Access App Embeds
Navigate to the "App embeds" icon. Usually located in the left-hand menu. Click on it to open the App embeds section.
4. Turn On the BusinessChat Popup
Within the App embeds section, you'll find the toggle switch for the BusinessChat popup. Click the toggle to "Turn on" the BusinessChat popup. This action activates the feature, allowing it to be displayed to your website visitors.
