In the automation statistics page header, you will be able to see the following tabs:
1. Started
Started contacts: The number of contacts who met the trigger conditions and entered this automation.
2. Exited
Exited contacts: contacts who exited this automation before completion or conversion.
Exited ratio: Contacts who exited the automation divided by contacts who started the automation.
3. Conversion
Converted contacts: A conversion is counted when a contact orders within five days of receiving the automation template message.
Conversation Number of converted contacts divided by the number of contacts who completed the automation.
4. Completed
Completed contacts: contacts who completed all the automation steps and those who converted before completing all the steps. We counted the converted contacts because the automation goal was achieved.
Completed ratio: Contacts who completed all the automation divided by contacts who started the automation.
5. Revenue
The total revenue generated on your e-commerce store that is attributed to the automation.
