Understand Automation Statistics

Learn how to interpret the automation statistics page, including tabs for Started, Exited, Conversion, Completed, and Revenue, to monitor your automation’s performance effectively.

The Automation Statistics page provides a detailed overview of how your automations are performing. Each tab in the header gives you insights into different aspects of your automation, helping you analyze engagement, conversions, and revenue.

Statistics Tabs

1. Started

  • Started contacts: The number of contacts who met the trigger conditions and entered this automation.

2. Exited

  • Exited contacts: Contacts who exited this automation before completion or conversion.

  • Exited ratio: The number of contacts who exited divided by the number of contacts who started the automation.

3. Conversion

  • Converted contacts: A conversion is counted when a contact places an order within five days of receiving the automation template message.

  • Conversion ratio: Number of converted contacts divided by the number of contacts who completed the automation.

4. Completed

  • Completed contacts: Contacts who completed all the automation steps, including those who converted before completing all steps (as the automation goal was achieved).

  • Completed ratio: Number of contacts who completed all automation steps divided by contacts who started the automation.

5. Revenue

  • The total revenue generated on your e-commerce store that is attributed to this automation.
