Learn how to monitor and analyze the performance of your automations, including overall results, step-level statistics, and revenue attribution.

Tracking automation performance helps you understand how your messages engage customers, which steps are most effective, and the revenue generated by your automations. BusinessChat provides insights at three levels.

Overall Performance

  • Displayed at the top of the Automation page.

  • Provides high-level details of your automation’s overall performance.

  • You can click to view a detailed report for more insights.

Step Statistics

  • Each step of the automation shows an overview of how many contacts passed that step.

  • Includes a breakdown of the performance of the messages used in that step.

  • Click to view detailed reports for each step to analyze engagement and outcomes.

Revenue Report Export

  • Export a detailed Revenue Report to see:

    • Contact attribution

    • Orders generated

    • Revenue contributed by each contact

  • Click to download and view full details for accurate performance analysis.
