Meta Error Codes and Solutions:

1. Error Code 131026: Message Undeliverable / Receiver is incapable of receiving this message.

Why?

  • The recipient's number isn't a WhatsApp number.

  • The recipient hasn't accepted the new Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  • The recipient uses an outdated WhatsApp version.

Solution:

  • Confirm the recipient's WhatsApp and agreement.

  • Ensure the recipient's app is up to date.


2. Error Code 131000: Something went wrong.
