How to Enable the BusinessChat Pixel on Your Shopify Store

Follow this step-by-step guide to activate the BusinessChat pixel on your Shopify store and improve browse and cart abandonment tracking.

1. Access the Online Store

  • From your Shopify dashboard, navigate to the left-hand menu.

  • Under "Sales Channels," click on "Online Store."

2. Customize Your Theme

  • In the Online Store section, click "Customize" button.

  • This will open your theme editor.

3. Open App Embeds

  • In the theme editor, locate the "App Embeds" icon in the left-hand menu.

  • Click "App Embeds" to view all installed app integrations.

4. Activate the BusinessChat Pixel

  • Find the BusinessChat Pixel option in the list of app embeds.

  • Click the toggle switch to turn it on.

  • This activates the pixel, allowing it to track visitor behavior for browse and cart abandonment.

5. Save Changes

  • Click the "Save" button in the upper-right corner to apply your changes.

That’s it! The BusinessChat pixel is now active on your Shopify store, helping you track customer behavior and recover abandoned carts more effectively.
