Follow this step-by-step guide to activate the BusinessChat pixel on your Shopify store and improve browse and cart abandonment tracking.
1. Access the Online Store
From your Shopify dashboard, navigate to the left-hand menu.
Under "Sales Channels," click on "Online Store."
2. Customize Your Theme
In the Online Store section, click "Customize" button.
This will open your theme editor.
3. Open App Embeds
In the theme editor, locate the "App Embeds" icon in the left-hand menu.
Click "App Embeds" to view all installed app integrations.
4. Activate the BusinessChat Pixel
Find the BusinessChat Pixel option in the list of app embeds.
