How to Install the BusinessChat App on Your Shopify Store
To link the BusinessChat app with your Shopify store, follow these steps:
Log in to your BusinessChat account.
Log in to your Shopify account on the same browser.
From your BusinessChat home page, click on the App Store icon located above your profile avatar.
Click on "Install App" within your specific e-commerce platform card (Shopify).
From the pop-up window, click 'Install App'.
You will be redirected to the Shopify App Store, where you will find the BusinessChat app; click 'Install.' You will then be redirected back to the BusinessChat platform.
⚡ Attention
You will be asked to log in to your Shopify account if you are logged out.
Shopify E-commerce App Subscription
Store Integration Subscription (Separate from BusinessChat Subscription): This subscription is essential to enable BusinessChat to access customer data and activate automations. It is entirely separate from the main platform subscription.
How to uninstall the BusinessChat app from your Shopify store?
From the BusinessChat App Store, click on "Uninstall Shopify App."
You will be redirected to the Shopify App Store; locate the BusinessChat app and click "Remove."

Deleting your BusinessChat account from Shopify will permanently delete your BusinessChat account data & cancel your subscription.
