Why does it show the number instead of the store name?
When you use the QR app on the WhatsApp business app, your number will be shown to customers when they receive cart abandonment notifications. You cannot change it to display your store name because Meta/WhatsApp must approve the name. This service is only available on the WhatsApp API plans.
How can I know which plan I am on?
You can check which plan you’re currently on from your ecommerce platform.
Head over to “Installed apps” from your platform’s dashboard
Select the Businesschat app
Click on “App options” > subscription details
You will find which plan you’re currently subscribed to.
What is the difference between the basic and advanced plans?
The BusinessChat QR app's basic and advanced plans allow the same features, i.e., cart abandonment notifications on the WhatsApp business app. The basic plan offers unlimited messages; however, once you start generating 3750 SAR, you must switch to the advanced plan.

Why do I still have the same dashboard after subscribing to the advanced plan?
Both the basic and advanced plans of the BusinessChat QR app have the same features and dashboard. They only differ in the number of messages and attributed revenue consideration.

Can I download the app for different stores on the same ecommerce platform?
Unfortunately, this feature is currently unavailable. You can only integrate the QR app into one store at a time. However, if you have different stores on different ecommerce platforms, you can install the app for each store simultaneously.
