Using Salla Products in BusinessChat Automations and Campaigns

When you integrate your BusinessChat account with the Salla eCommerce platform, you can easily leverage your store products in automations and marketing campaigns. This allows you to send multi-product carousel template messages directly to your customers on WhatsApp.

Browse Abandonment Automation

With Browse Abandonment, BusinessChat sends a multi-product carousel template showing:

  • Products recently viewed by the customer.

  • Additional top-viewed products from your store.

👉 Example: If a customer viewed two products, the carousel will include those two products plus three additional top-viewed products.

💡 Tip

You must have at least 5 products in your store to activate Browse Abandonment automation.

Marketing Campaigns

In marketing campaigns, you can also send multi-product carousel template messages.

  • During the template setup, you can include 2 to 5 products.

  • Select the desired number of products while submitting the template.

Choosing the right mix of products increases engagement and conversions.

How Will the Message Look on WhatsApp?

Each carousel template message will display the following product details:

  • Product image.

  • Product title.

  • Product original price.

  • Product final price (if discounted).
