Sending a Test Message
To ensure your messages reach your customers effectively and without errors, follow these steps to send a test message:
Click on the Send a Test Message button.
Enter the WhatsApp number to receive the test message.
Type your message, and Click Send.
Wait a few moments for the test message to be delivered to that WhatsApp number.
Changing WhatsApp Number
To change your number, you can quickly switch your connected number within the BusinessChat platform after disconnecting the current number by following these steps:
Click on the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner of the BusinessChat platform.
From the dropdown menu, select Disconnect Number.
Confirm your action by clicking "Disconnect Number" again.
Then, Scan the QR code with the new WhatsApp number.
Disconnecting a WhatsApp Number from the phone
If you need to disconnect a WhatsApp number from your BusinessChat account, follow these steps:
Open WhatsApp Business.
Go to Settings > Linked Devices.
Select the device to Remove.
Tap to Remove.
Confirm.
