If you need to cancel your BusinessChat subscription, follow these steps.
Click on your profile icon, then click on Manage subscription.
press on your plan box.
Click Cancel Subscription.
Please let us know your reason for cancellation, then click Confirm Cancellation.
⚡Attention
Cancelation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period. You can continue to access & use the platform as usual until that date.
