Sending messages to locked conversations

How to re-engage with locked conversations.

If you breached the 24-hour window to reply to a customer, we would like to allow you to re-engage with him.

Using Template messages in locked conversations

If your conversation with the customer is locked, you will be only able to engage with customers through template messages.

  1. Click on Send template icon from the reply box

  2. Select the available predefined templates to contact the customer, and click Send

  3. The conversation will be unlocked only when the contact replies to your message.

⚡Attention

Only templates with Agent Response usage will appear to send. See WhatsApp Templates: Agent Response usage.
