How to enable notifications, location and voice service on the mobile App?

Once you install the BusinessChat App, you will be prompted to enable the following services on your mobile:

  • Notifications: to get real-time notifications about conversations with your contacts

  • Location service: this is required so you can share a location with the contacts

  • Microphone: This is necessary in case you want to share voice recordings with contacts

Enabling Notifications

In iOS, for example, you can do the following to enable notifications:

Go to SettingsNotifications.

Search for BusinessChat App, Then enable Allow Notifications.

You should be able to find the same in Android.

Enabling Location and Microphone

In iOS:

Go to Settings → BusinessChat App

Enable Location (While using the App).

Then Enable Microphone

🔴 Alert

If you are unable to locate Location and Microphone services on the settings page of the BusinessChat iOS app, simply disable notifications and then enable them again. This will make the options visible.
