You can now create campaigns and automations based on the customer’s progress in the cart process.

With Zid, you have the ability to target customers according to the exact stage they reached in their cart journey. This allows you to send highly personalized messages and reminders, increasing the chances of converting abandoned carts into sales.

Available cart stages:

  • New – The cart was just created with no further action.

  • Login – The customer is prompted to log in or register.

  • Shipping Address – The customer has entered a shipping address.

  • Verification – The customer is in the verification step.

  • Shipping Method – The customer has selected a shipping method.

  • Payment Method – The customer picked a payment method but didn’t complete the purchase.
