E-commerce Store Data: When a customer logs into their e-commerce account, it signals to us that they are not a first-time visitor.
Cookie Storage: We use cookies stored on the customer's device to track their interactions. However, if a contact accesses the site from a different device or clears their cookies, our system might not recognize their previous engagement, including sign-ups for the welcome series.
In such cases, even if the contact isn't new, they might still encounter the popup due to the absence of these indicators.
