A BusinessChat Admin can archive teams. To achieve this, please follow the following steps.
Click on the profile icon, then press Account settings.
Go to the Teams page, then click on the archive icon beside the team you need to archive.
Before archiving the team, select a new team to route the archived team active conversations into, then press Archive team.
⚡Attention
If an Active conversation, Chatbot routing, and Active Campaigns are assigned to the archived team, they will be routed to the new team.
How to unarchive a team?
From the taps, select Archived. Click on the unarchive icon beside the team you need to unarchive.
