Add Google Tag Manager to your Zid Website:
1. Log in to your Zid account.
2. Click on Zip Solutions, select App Market, and then search for Google Tag Manager.
3. Click on Activate.
4. Type in your Google Tag Manager's Container ID and click on Integrate.
Add the Widget's installation code to your website:
1. Go to the email you received from BusinessChat and Copy the widget’s installation code.
2. Then go back to Google Tag Manager and click on Tags and then New.
3. Click on Tag Configuration and select Custom HTML from the menu on the side.
4. Add a name to your tag, paste the widget's installation code in the HTML section, choose All Pages in the Triggering section, and then click on Save.

Test the changes before submitting them
Make sure to preview the tags you added by clicking the Preview button and then adding your website’s URL to see if your widget is functioning properly and to avoid any mishaps.
5. To make your widget live, click on Submit from the top left
6. Add a Version Name and then click on Publish.
