In BusinessChat, the user is always in one of three statuses:
Active: The user is logged in to the platform and can receive conversations. A green badge is shown beside the user's Avatar.
Watching: the user is logged in but does not wish to engage in conversations. A yellow badge is shown beside the user's Avatar.
Offline: the user is logged out of the platform. A red badge is shown beside the user's Avatar.
You can check each user's status from the Users page under the settings section.
