Use saved replies and templates in a conversation

Inside your conversation, click the Quick Reply icon.

Select your quick reply message. Add a fallback value for any custom fields you have in the saved reply.

Press Send.

Inside the reply box, click on the Templates icon.

Select the approved template you want to use.

Edit the template if needed (custom fields, fallback values, media, etc.).

Press Send Message to send it.

Inside the closed reply box, click on the Templates icon.

Select the approved template you want to use.

Edit the template if needed (custom fields, fallback values, media, etc.).

Press Send Message to send it.
